Should Patients Taking Immunomodulators Receive a Recombinant Shingles Vaccine?

Although immunocompromised patients should be vaccinated against shingles, according to the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), some worry that vaccination could increase disease flares. Their fears appear to be unfounded, according to experts.
