More than 360 children have been affected by the pediatric hepatitis outbreak in the United States as of August 22, according to the CDC. To better understand the outbreak in real time, the North American Society for Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology & Nutrition and the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases have joined together to create a registry of cases. Read more about these cases here.
