Short-Course Regimen Effective for Preventing TB in Patients With HIV

BOSTON—A short-course treatment for those with HIV was as safe and effective in preventing active tuberculosis (TB) as current treatments with lengthier timetables, according to results presented at CROI 2018 (abstract 37LB).
