STI PEP Seeks to Mirror HIV Success

The introduction of highly active antiretroviral therapies in the late 1980s and pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) in 2012 changed the trajectory of HIV infection, not only enabling people to live longer, healthier lives, but also lowering transmission rates.
