New Injectable ART May Increase Effectiveness, Adherence Over Standard Oral Therapy

Intramuscular antiretroviral therapy (ART) that can be given every four or eight weeks appears to be as effective as current oral treatments and has the potential to increase adherence, according to a recent international study.
